St Kilda – Marriot Street – Main Bathrom

Gorgeous bathroom completed in St Kilda, we absolutely love this project.

I am so proud of all of my trade team who went above and beyond to get this renovation delivered on time, within budget and with impeccable craftsmanship.

This bathroom fell apart during the demolition stage. The render fell off all the walls, the brickwork under the render was not up to code to put it politely, and the subfloor framework had to be replaced too.

We lowered the entire floor 35mm so there was no step at the door, reconfigured the bathroom so it had a wet area for both the bath and shower by swapping the shower and vanity positions. This created a much more functional bathroom with a lot more space including a walk in shower.

The entire renovation period was only 4 weeks, and I’d like to thank my team for once again being such reliable tradesmen who help me create amazing renovations for our clients week in week out.
